How the membership works.
The things worth knowing before you subscribe: what the membership covers, how redemption actually works at the counter, and how to change your mind.
- What counts as an espresso-based drink?
- Anything built on an espresso shot — americano, flat white, cappuccino, latte, cortado and so on. Filter coffee, food and retail beans are not included.
- Where does my membership work?
- At every café partnered with CoffeePass. Partner cafés are curated rather than crowdsourced, so the list grows deliberately — the app always shows what is live near you.
- How do I redeem?
- Order as normal, then show the rotating code in your app. Your barista enters it and member pricing is applied at the counter. No vouchers, no printed codes.
- Can I change or cancel my tier?
- Yes, at any time. Billing is handled by the app store your membership was purchased through, and changes take effect from your next billing period.
